06/02/2026 Good Shepherd Catholic School in Kendall (Dade County), Florida is hiring a full-time Pool Substitute for the 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or associate degree.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Good time management skills.
Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies, especially online communication technologies.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
Good spelling and grammar required.
Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in the Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code, and be a team player.
