Job Description
Fun City Court Monitor Position Summary The Court Monitor is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all Fun City guests by supervising attractions, running activity stations, and providing excellent customer service. Job Duties Supervise and operate assigned courts and activity stations. Explain game rules and safety guidelines to guests. Ensure guests follow all safety rules and park policies. Encourage participation and create a fun, positive atmosphere. Set up, organize, and maintain equipment and activity areas. Assist guests, answer questions, and respond to concerns. Report accidents, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management. Help with opening, closing, and cleaning assigned areas. Expectations Be friendly, energetic, and professional at all times. Stay attentive and actively monitor guests and attractions. Work well with teammates and communicate effectively. Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work. Follow all Fun City safety procedures and customer service standards.
