Job Description

Job Summary A Court Monitor is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and energetic environment for guests throughout the trampoline and attraction courts. Court Monitors supervise activities, enforce park safety rules, assist guests, and help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park. Responsibilities Monitor trampoline courts and attractions to ensure guest safety Enforce all park rules and safety procedures Explain attraction rules and proper use to guests Assist children and guests during activities when needed Respond quickly to unsafe behavior or accidents Maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly attitude with guests Keep courts and surrounding areas clean and organized Report injuries, equipment issues, or incidents to management immediately Help with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service Requirements Must be dependable, responsible, and attentive Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing and moving for long periods of time Ability to enforce rules professionally and respectfully Weekend and holiday availability preferred Must work well with children and families
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
