Soar N Bounce Indoor Playground Location:
Bloomfield, NJ Daytime shifts required We're looking for upbeat, friendly team members who love working with kids and creating memorable experiences for families. As a Court Monitor at Soar N Bounce Indoor Playground, you'll help little ones explore, play, and celebrate in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Party Hosting Greet birthday families and help them get settled in their private party room Set up decorations, serve pizza, cut cake, and keep the celebration running smoothly Engage with kids and parents to create a fun, stress‑free party experience Assist with party check‑ins, timing, and transitions between activities Play Floor Attending Supervise the toddler playground and soft‑play areas to ensure safe, age‑appropriate play Gently enforce playground rules and help guide little ones through the play structures Assist parents with questions, concerns, and general support during their visit Guest Interaction Provide warm, helpful customer service to families Answer questions, assist with wristbands, and help guests navigate the facility Maintain a positive, friendly presence on the floor at all times Cleaning & Facility Care Keep party rooms tidy before, during, and after events Maintain cleanliness throughout the playground and soft‑play areas Help with basic daily cleaning tasks to keep the facility fresh and welcoming Qualifications Experience working with children or in customer service is a plus Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with toddlers and parents Able to stay calm, organized, and upbeat in a busy environment Comfortable enforcing simple safety rules in a kind, confident way Must be available for weekends and some holidays Why Join Us?
