Job Description

DeCoach Recovery is a leading addiction treatment center dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a range of evidence-based treatments and therapies tailored to each patient's unique needs, with a focus on long-term recovery and wellness.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Court Liaison to work closely with the Family Treatment Court of Montgomery County. As a court liaison, you will oversee court programming and work closely with the Montgomery County court system. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct client services that address DeCoach Recovery Centre's mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients and referral sources.
Responsibilities:
Oversee court programming and participate in Montgomery county court dockets. Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu through the respectful and consistent management of OMHAS Standards and Agency Policies and ProceduresAct as a non-clinical resource for clients, for example, provide crisis intervention, be an active listener to client, answer non-clinical questions for clientMaintain appropriate written documentation and written and/or verbal reports on client activity and behaviorPerform administrative office tasks, as example: client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, and filingTransport clients to offsite meetings/activities, as neededParticipate in weekly individual supervisionParticipate in all required training programsFacilitate required groups and structured activitiesPerform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalentCDCA license or higher is requiredCase management experience is preferred.
