Our mission is to provide top-tier customer service in a clean, professional, and comfortable retail environment. We are currently seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Firearms Sales Associate / Pawn Broker. This position is not strictly a firearms-only role — the ideal candidate will have strong firearms knowledge and safety experience while also assisting customers in all aspects of pawn retail operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting customers with firearm sales and general merchandise transactions Maintaining safe firearm handling practices at all times Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment Evaluating, organizing, and merchandising inventory Learning and performing general pawn broker duties
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Strong knowledge of firearms safety, handling, and terminology Previous firearm retail or industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
