Key Responsibilities:
Research and collect court and criminal history documents. Review and interpret court records and legal information. Enter accurate information into government databases and web portals. Communicate with courts and local/state law enforcement agencies. Research and resolve missing or conflicting information. Handle confidential and sensitive criminal justice information. Maintain accurate records while managing multiple assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience with data collection, data entry, or research. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with criminal history records and court documents is preferred.
