Collaborate with legal staff to implement process improvements and standardized practices across case handling and documentation. Identify recurring issues in case processing and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and case outcomes. Support the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures related to case intake, documentation, and tracking.
