Job Description

H&H Shooting Sports is seeking a detail-oriented Firearms Compliance & Logistics Specialist to manage used and consignment firearms, inbound and outbound firearm transfers, inventory tracking, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for receiving, documenting, shipping, and maintaining accurate records for serialized firearms while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process used, consignment, and transferred firearms. Verify firearm information, serial numbers, and condition. Maintain accurate inventory and acquisition/disposition records. Coordinate inbound and outbound FFL transfers and related documentation. Prepare and ship firearms in accordance with applicable regulations and carrier requirements. Monitor and reconcile serialized inventory and assist with inventory audits. Communicate professionally with customers, FFL dealers, vendors, and carriers regarding transfers and shipments. Identify and report inventory or compliance discrepancies to management. Support team members and assist with related operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in logistics, inventory control, retail operations, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of firearms, firearm transfers, inventory management, or regulatory compliance required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Ability to use computer systems, inventory software, and data-entry applications. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms in accordance with applicable laws. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. May require moving, lifting, carrying, or handling inventory and packages. Work is performed in a retail and backroom environment and may include exposure to elevated noise levels due to proximity to an active shooting range. May require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and sitting for extended periods. Pay:
$12.50 - $14.50 per hour
