Summary Procentrix is seeking an experienced federal criminal investigator to serve as a law enforcement subject matter expert (SME) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of case management solutions. The SME will advise on investigative processes including case workflows, evidence and records management, reporting, compliance, and operational requirements. The SME will work closely with law enforcement stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective system capabilities and ensure Procentrix solutions align with investigative best practices and applicable policies and regulations. Analyze current investigative processes, workflows, and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement Translate operational needs into system requirements for case management solutions Advise on case lifecycle management, investigative workflows, evidence and records management, and information sharing Collaborate with investigators, analysts, law enforcement leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to design effective solutions Support testing and validation of case management capabilities Ensure solutions align with CJIS, security, privacy, records retention, and applicable regulatory requirements Provide recommendations on process optimization, system enhancements, and emerging investigative technology needs Required Skills Strong understanding of federal law enforcement, criminal investigations, and/or investigative case management Ability to translate law enforcement business requirements into technology and system solutions.
