Job Description
This is for summer help through September 11, 2026 (max of 80 hours).
NOTE :
The successful candidate must be able to work during school hours after school begins in August , while not performing other duties for the district. Pay rate of $23.85/hour. The position will assist with the following tasks:- Downloading, modifying, and uploading digital student documents (email attachments) into PowerSchool SIS.
- Helping sort and make sure all physical/paper documents have been scanned and uploaded into PowerSchool SIS.
- Checking that Change of Addresses (CoA) have been processed in PowerSchool SIS and the CoA documents are uploaded.
- Double-checking that all new students have had documents uploaded to PowerSchool SIS
- Other duties as assigned
