Responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations to locate individuals with active warrants or those avoiding law enforcement authorities. Utilize surveillance equipment, databases, and intelligence reports to gather critical information. Engage in field operations that may include stakeouts, interviews, and coordination with law enforcement agencies. Maintain detailed records of all activities, findings, and encounters for legal and procedural compliance. Exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations, ensuring safety for yourself and others during pursuits or confrontations. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting investigation progress, outcomes, and recommendations. Follow all legal protocols and safety guidelines to ensure ethical conduct throughout operations. Qualifications Must be TAPBA certified Proven experience in investigative work, law enforcement, security services, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources quickly. Excellent communication skills for interviewing witnesses, collaborating with agencies, and reporting findings clearly. Physical fitness and stamina to handle extended periods of fieldwork in diverse environments. Ability to operate surveillance technology and tracking devices effectively. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; additional certifications in self-defense or tactical operations are a plus.
