The RTI interventionist will support students in a combination of push-in and pull-out intervention groups. Duties will include assurance of student safety at all times, including during lunch and recess. The individual will approach this role with an entrepreneurial spirit, embracing creativity, leadership, innovation, and technology and the practice of Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. The individual will establish an effective rapport with students and other staff members, so that pupils may meet or exceed the California Common Core State Standards, each according to their ability.
