Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive School Monitor to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property. In this dynamic role, you will monitor that students are in uniform at all times, monitor school premises, enforce safety protocols, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Your dedication will help create a secure environment where learning can thrive, and everyone feels protected. Duties Patrol school grounds, hallways, entrances, and exits regularly to deter unauthorized access and maintain order. Monitor that students are in uniform at all times Ensure that students report to class on time Enforce school policies related to safety, loss prevention, and conflict resolution with professionalism. Document incidents accurately for future reference. Qualifications Firm and professional management skills to deal with high school students. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for monitoring large areas effectively. Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
