Crossing Guards are part-time employees of the Worcester Public Schools and are paid on a per Diem basis. Must work 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon Crossing Guards are responsible for the safety of children using the crosswalks or walking lines, but have no police power or authority.
