Support Staff > Transportation Welcome to Midland Street School, WPS School Safety Our Focus Statement Our school wide focus is to have all Midland Street School children show measurable growth in their ability to read and respond expertly for a variety of audiences through the implementation of a common set of school wide teaching strategies in reading and writing as measured by school performance based reading and writing assessments and state achievement tests. Because we believe that all children can learn we will look at all of our work with these four questions in mind: What is it we expect them to learn? How will we know when they have learned it? How will we respond when they do not learn? How will we respond when they already know it? www.allthingsplc.info View School Improvement Plan for more details about our school., Equal Opportunity Employer The Worcester Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/Educational Institution and does not discriminate regardless of race, color, ancestry, sex, gender, age, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy or a related condition, veteran status or homelessness.
