Position Summary:
The lead lunch monitor will provide working direction to the other lunch monitors, oversee lunch and ensure student safety and serve as a backup to the kitchen staff.Responsibilities:
Primary:
Lunch Monitor Work Direction- 50% Serve as the primary point of contact for anyone with questions for the lunch monitor team. Provide work direction to the other lunch monitors. Oversee students during lunch, address behavioral issues, and ensure student safety. Collaborate with the kitchen team and school administrators to solve problems related to the lunchroom. Ensure Student Safety
- 30% Serve as a point of contact for any student safety or behavioral concerns in the lunchroom. Collaborate with school nurses and school leaders on student concerns. Kitchen Staff Backup
- 20% Serve as the primary backup for kitchen staff, filling in when someone is not available to work: Serving lunches Restocking food and drinks Plating lunches
