Job Description
Lunch Monitor Position Purpose Supervise students during grade-level lunches to ensure safety and maintain respectful environment within the cafeteria during lunch. Essential Performance Responsibilities Assisting with opening/lunch set up, providing water and napkins, etc. when needed, Cleaning tables between lunches Problem-solving with kids when necessary Monitoring the safety of students with known allergies (training provided). Creating a respectful environment during lunch time Communicating with staff when a problem arises This can be fast paced and does require someone to be on their feet for the duration of the time on duty. Monday•Friday, 10:20•1:10 Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards Works in school building environments. Education High School Diploma or GED required
