A Crossing Patrol Guard is a vehicle traffic manager normally stationed on busy roadways to aid pedestrians or manage the movement of vehicles. They are often employed to assist around schools, events, or construction work.
The primary duty of the Cross Guard is to facilitate the safe crossing of students at streets and intersections near schools.
