SUPERVISOR
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the SHOC (Students Helping Other Classmates) program. Recruit, select, train, and supervise student leaders participating in SHOC activities and events. Organize and facilitate SHOC Day and other peer leadership or student connection activities throughout the school year. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and communication with student leaders, staff, and administration. Promote a positive school culture through peer mentorship, transition support, and student engagement initiatives. Manage event planning logistics, materials, scheduling, and implementation for SHOC-related programming. Supervise students during SHOC events and activities held during or outside of the school day. Collaborate with counselors, administrators, and staff to support student transition and belonging initiatives. Ensure all SHOC activities align with district policies and procedures.
