Essential Functions Provides leadership, mentoring, and serves as a resource to the Virtual Safety Observer (VSO) Team. Facilitate and coordinate staffing during shift to include all breaks. Determine patient assignments based on acuity and skill mix and adjust as needed throughout the shift. Receive VSO notifications confirming completion of the audiovisual check for initiation of Continuous Virtual Monitoring (CVM) and notification of CVM discontinuation by the Registered Nurse. Additional Responsibilities Assume VSO responsibilities during periods of need Align with company culture and core values: Be Authentic, Compassionate, Celebrate, Aspire Adhere to all company procedures and policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of six-months as a VSO preferred Technical proficiency of computer software applications Extreme attention to detail Additional Information The duties listed are intended to describe the essential functions of the position.
