Part-time Learning Commons Extended Hours Supervisor PURPOSE:
Under the guidance of the principal, the Learning Commons Extended Hours Supervisor will be responsible to oversee students in the Learning Commons area after school hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and monitor students in the Learning Commons after school hours. Ensure the safety and welfare of students and the security of school facilities and assets. Assist students individually or in small groups, as necessary. Other duties as assigned by principal.
EXPECTATIONS
Interact and communicate effectively with students. Manage student behavior. Maintain familiarity with and enforce HC Faculty/Staff Handbook, Student/Parent Handbook and other HC policy and procedures. Comply to and enforce all HC policies and operating procedures. Exemplify Christian leadership in interactions with students, parents, and co-workers. Flexibility, sense of humor, and willingness to assist with administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to communicate clearly in English, orally and in writing. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. raHigh level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative. Strong, positive interpersonal skills. Experienced Christian professional with desire to support HC mission.
