Lunchroom Supervisor American Heritage School - 3.9 Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Student supervision Answering guest questions Mid-level Food sanitation practices Child safety supervision Assisting food service staff Cleaning messes in dining areas Feeding for children Food safety Meal assistance Full Job Description The lunchroom supervisor oversees K-12 students for 10 hours a week from 11:00 a.m.-1:10 p.m. each school day and 5 hours each week working with the Parent Service Organization to ensure that parents who have signed up to help in the lunchroom remember and we have sufficient support in the lunchroom. On Monday's the Lunchroom supervisor will assist in serving Pizza to students. The Lunchroom supervisor also helps the children and youth they monitor. Their assistance can range from cutting food, opening packages, comforting children, cleaning up spills and other messes, and answering questions from students and staff. Candidates should be professional in appearance and demeanor. They should be willing to get (at the school's expense) a food handler's permit. They should also be willing and able to uphold and serve as ambassadors for the AHS Mission, Honor Code, and Diversity Statement on and off-campus.
