Full Job Description Overview:

Hourly Pay Rate:

$16.50 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

11pm-3am or 3am

Responsibilities:

Safety and Well-being:

Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.

Bed Checks:

Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.

Student Assistance:

Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.

Observation and Documentation:

Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.

Daily Assignments:

Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.

Specialized Tasks:

Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.

Qualifications:

Must be female High school diploma or equivalent 21 years old or older Current driver's license and a good driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check
