Job Description

Job Description:
Review quality-related documents, including but limited to: protocols; calibration certificates; temperature charts. Tracking deviations, change controls (equipment and document) and complaints. Issue and review of manufacturing batch records for compliance of manufacturing processes/steps, ensuring that all applicable documents, records and forms are complete and attached. Development of controlled documents and procedures pertinent to Quality Assurance (QA) activities and functions as well as other procedures if deemed necessary. Maintain all of quality systems documentation, including: procedures, forms, quality & company records, external standards. Maintain the organizing, indexing, filing, storage and record keeping of all quality systems documentation and quality records in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards. Assist in formal audits and conduct internal audits, including completion of audit reports. Assist QA Inspectors in Production Floor area when needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
High School diploma. Some college preferred. 0-6 months previous QA/QC work experience. Must have excellent computer skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Any Food Safety related certification is a plus.
