We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our growing dental team in California! As a key clinical team member, you'll bring your advanced training and expanded skill set to support comprehensive dental procedures while ensuring our patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Perform duties within the EF2 scope, including: Placement and contouring of direct restorations Placement of bases, liners, and bonding agents Cementation of final restorations Taking final impressions for fixed and removable prosthetics Cord packing and making final impressions for crowns and bridges Other advanced functions as authorized by the Dental Board of California Assist the dentist in clinical procedures and maintain efficient patient flow Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols Provide patient education on post-op care and oral hygiene Support a positive and organized back-office environment Collaborate closely with front office and clinical team members for seamless care
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Valid California RDAEF2 license (Required) ✔️ Current CPR/BLS certification ✔️ Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and materials ✔️ Excellent communication and chairside manner ✔️ Detail-oriented, reliable, and a great team player ✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred
