Document Control Specialist Job Description:
PrideStaff is currently working with a local fast-growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) who is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their team. The Document Control Specialist will use an Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) to control the full lifecycle of data, ensuring the proper handling of electronic files are audit ready. The ideal Document Control Specialist has direct experience handling documents, exhibits excellent knowledge of eQMS, GMP/GDP, and SAP Systems while being highly organized with exceptional follow through results. The Document Control Specialist is a full time, temp to hire position in Jupiter, FL.
Document Control Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle & Manage All Quality System Documents From SOPs, Batch Records, Specifications, & Logs Manage Route Records For Approval, Track Statuses Via Dashboards, & Follow up With Stakeholders to Prevent Delays Administer Employee Training System & be in Compliance With 21 CFR 211.25 Manage Job-Based Curricula For Employee Onboarding, Transfers, & Offboarding Present & Deliver Instructor-Led Training For GMP/GDP Fundamentals Issue, Track, & Reconcile Controlled Logbooks, Laboratory Notebooks, & Batch Production Records to Ensure Absolute Traceability & Accountability Oversee The Scanning, Verification, & Secure Archival of Executed Records, Ensuring All Digital Files Are Perfectly Indexed & Strictly Adhere to ALCOA+
Data Integrity Principles Maintain Audit-Ready Documents, Ensuring Easy Retrieval During Internal, Client, & Regulatory FDA Inspections Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines Document Control Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Quality, or Related Field Preferred 3+ Years of Direct Document Control, Quality Systems, or Training Administration Experience Previous Document Control Experience in a Manufacturing Facility Producing Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Medical Devices, Dietary Supplements, or Food Required Extensive eQMS Knowledge Required, Salesforce System Experience or Similar Experience Highly Preferred GMP/GDP Experience Required Superb Organizational & Follow-up Experience Required Must be Able to Manage Multiple Avenues of Workflow Comfortable Giving Presentations & Lectures High Degree of Knowledge With MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, & SharePoint Required Must be Able to Navigate ERP/SAP Platforms Must be Able to Work Weekends as Needed to Meet Manufacturing & Production Demands Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Must be Able to Lift up to 10lbs as
