Document Control (2nd Shift)

Employment Solutions is looking for a QA Document Specialist for a manufacturing facility , with chemistry or biology background to work in the area of Miramar for a vitamin and supplement manufacturing plant that has been in business for 25 years.

Essential Functions:

Maintains and distributes all necessary approved documents to define product configurations and control manufacturing processes that ensure conformance to customer requirements. Collects and maintains files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration Controls and fills all documentation delivered to the Manufacturing and Packaging Departments. Manages the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have he latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner Performs duties as defined in a division document control policies and procedures. Prepares documentation for domestics and international purchasing orders

Requirements:

At least 4 year experience in administration, data entry, sales or similar role Chemistry or Biology background preferred. Must be proficient in English and Spanish Must have cGMP and SOP experience Excellent writing and verbal communications skills Must have an Associate's degree or equivalent. Organized, strong interpersonal skills, computer-savvy

Hours:

Monday - Friday 2.30pm to 11pm

Pay:

$18 - $20 based on experience #IND2
