Engineering Documentation Specialist

Employment Solutions is looking for an Engineering Documentation Specialist to support a cGMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing environment in Miramar, FL .

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Position Overview:

This role is responsible for managing and improving technical documentation, validation processes, and performance tracking systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and control of SOPs and engineering documentation, ensuring audit readiness Create and manage validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) Track and analyze KPIs related to maintenance, operations, and engineering performance Support the Technical Director with engineering projects and process improvements Develop reports, dashboards, and technical documentation Utilize CMMS and digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel) for tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

Experience with SOPs, validation documentation, and KPI tracking Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with 2+ years of relevant experience Must be

Bilingual English and Spanish Work Environment:
