Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering Life Sciences Business Administration or related field preferred Two to four years of document control experience in a pharmaceutical biotech or regulated manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of cGMP FDA regulations and documentation practices Experience managing technical and engineering documentation Familiarity with electronic document management systems such as MasterControl Veeva or TrackWise High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication and coordination abilities 2. Bilingual English Spanish mandatory Preferred Skills Experience supporting Engineering Facilities or Validation teams Knowledge of change control CAPA and deviation processes Familiarity with data integrity principles ALCOA+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and SharePoint Responsibilities of position Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking an Engineering Documentation Specialist to manage and control technical documentation in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards cGMP and FDA regulations Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of controlled documents including creation review approval distribution revision and archival Maintain and organize engineering documentation such as SOPs work instructions equipment manuals P&IDs drawings and validation protocols Ensure all documentation complies with cGMP FDA and data integrity ALCOA+ standards Coordinate document review and approval workflows with Engineering Quality Assurance and other departments Track document changes and maintain version control within the document management system DMS Support engineering projects by maintaining accurate and up to date documentation Assist with change control processes related to equipment modifications and capital projects Perform periodic document audits to ensure compliance Support internal and external audits and inspections Train staff on document control procedures and systems as needed Location Miramar FL Schedule Monday to Friday 830 AM to 500 PM Benefits Growth opportunities Excellent work environment Application WhatsApp messages only at 786-922-0162 Please send your résumé to expedite the interview process and indicate the position title.
