Job Title:
Calibration QC Administrator We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Quality Control Administrator to support our Calibration department which specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types. This is a full-time position based at our corporate office in Marietta, GA and offers a comprehensive Total Awards package including competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, short term and long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and paid time off/vacation.Responsibilities:
Initial receipt inspection on incoming customer product orders Contract review of Purchase orders for compliance Expediting and prioritizing rush orders Review and processing documentation in preparation for shipment of equipment Identify and correct errors on certificates and ensure all corrections are documented and communicated effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and resolve any issues related to certifications. Review and update pricing in preparation of invoicing Updating and finalizing customer purchase orders for invoicing Assist in offering support with calibration software and processes Assist with reconciliation of folders ensuring all documents are accurate and properly filed.Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Administrative experience, quality or shipping/receiving experience Proficient in Microsoft Office -Word & Excel; Data Entry Knowledge; Typing Skills High level of attention to detail on paperwork and equipment Ability to continually self-evaluate the accuracy of your work Ability to focus on routine tasks in a busy fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to recognize different types of equipment Demonstrated ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work occasional overtime is requiredEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Shall provide their own cell phone with data plan for connection to ATS email and multi-factor authentication.
