This position provides administrative support to the Quality team by organizing, tracking, and maintaining project documentation throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working with detailed information in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Set up and maintain project QA/CX library folders following CST's document filing standards Organize, file, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, checklists, and commissioning records Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored in the appropriate locations Use multiple software platforms to manage, track, and retrieve project documentation Support the Quality team by maintaining documentation required throughout each phase of the project Assist the QC Manager with processing quality documents, checklists, testing records, and project plans Follow company, client, and General Contractor document control procedures and quality requirements Maintain project-specific quality checklists and documentation logs Track document revisions and outstanding items to help ensure timely completion Communicate with project teams to gather, update, and distribute project documentation Assist with project closeout documentation and record retention Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, are regular business hours . Schedule may vary based on project and business needs.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of electrical systems, current codes, and industry standards, or the ability to learn and apply them. Experience working with project owners, general contractors, trade partners, and subcontractors is preferred. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the construction industry or a related support role preferred. Prior experience in Quality Control or document control is preferred but not required Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, dependability, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
