This position is eligible for WGNSTAR's full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manage and control engineering and construction documentation, including printing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining project files throughout the project lifecycle. + Scan, file, and distribute controlled communications such as meeting minutes, scope documents, drawing reviews, and QA/QC checklists. + Support project closeout activities, including archiving, folder management, and administrative data entry. + Assist with proposals and contracts while maintaining clear communication across document control and internal teams. + Coordinate and prepare for engineering, design, and construction meetings, including scheduling and logistics support. + Handle operational tasks such as delivery tracking, business planning support, and print equipment maintenance. + Ensure accurate tracking of progress, maintain data integrity, and drive results through collaboration and accountability.Requirements:
+ Strong ability to understand and apply policies, procedures, and departmental objectives in decision-making. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in record keeping or general administrative work (2+ years preferred). + Familiarity with design/engineering environments and SharePoint is a plus; able to operate and load large-format printers. + Effective communicator with excellent teamwork and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlJob Posting:
