Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Office Administrator to support our quality assurance and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize quality records, reports, and documentation Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance tracking Enter and manage data related to quality metrics and performance Coordinate communication between departments regarding quality issues Support document control processes, including revisions and approvals Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standardsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred) Previous administrative or quality-related experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must be dependable and consistently reliable in attendance and performance Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plusWork Environment:
Office setting with occasional interaction with production or operational teamsWhat We're Looking For:
