Job Description

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Required Experience/Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or a related role within a regulated industry
  • Experience managing Quality System workflows, including Change Control, CAPA, Nonconformance, and Document Control processes
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and project execution skills
  • Experience monitoring quality data, assessing risks, and preparing reports, dashboards, and status updates
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support collaboration with teams in
GermanyPreferred Experience/Skills:
  • SharePoint administration and document management experience
  • Experience with document migration, integration, and process harmonization initiatives
  • Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement activities
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and manage Change Control, Nonconformance (NC), and CAPA workflows to ensure timely progression, compliance, and closure
  • Monitor record status, identify bottlenecks, and drive actions to meet integration timelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality records are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Track downstream impacts, including document updates, training requirements, and implementation activities
  • Develop and communicate dashboards, reports, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks, delays, and compliance concerns as needed
  • Schedule and lead recurring and ad hoc meetings, document action items, and drive accountability through completion
  • Manage document control activities, including document creation, review, approval, and lifecycle management
  • Serve as SharePoint Administrator, maintaining document repositories, permissions, and document organization
  • Support document migration, integration, and harmonization efforts as part of site integration activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
