We are looking for a driven Document Control Professional in to support our Project Team. As a member of our Project Team, you'll be coordinating and administering document management activities relative to identification, control, and change documents directly related to the assigned project. You will track the life cycle of documents and records with all revisions, including Design documents, RFIs and submittals. You will also independently manage other day-to-day tasks related to document and records management. This position regularly interacts with internal Jacobs team members, client, and external consultant contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for managing and maintaining the document control systems for all incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project. Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensuring that contract requirements are met. Ensuring documents meet standards for production. Subject Matter Expert for the document control systems implemented. Assuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems. General administrative responsibilities within the document control function including data entry, providing training of new users, and maintaining internal process documentation. Here's what you'll need 10+ years of Document Control experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, etc.) Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office. Willing to travel within the US. Must be able to support the Alaska time zone Ideally, you'll also have: Bachelor's Degree in related field. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $90,300.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
