Join a growing organization where you'll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring documentation accuracy across engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations. As a Document Control & Regulatory Compliance Specialist , you will manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, oversee document control processes, support regulatory submissions, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in
AS9100, ISO
9001, quality assurance, document control, regulatory compliance, and quality systems administration .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage document control processes, revisions, workflows, forms, and templates Maintain QMS documentation and training records Support internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance activities Monitor corrective actions, regulatory requirements, and quality records Ensure procedures, work instructions, and policies comply with industry standards Support engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams with documentation and process improvements Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
Experience with AS9100 and/or
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems Document control, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance experience Strong technical writing and documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS software systems Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, CMRT, Prop 65, TSCA, or similar regulatory requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
$60,000-$65,000 annually Benefits Benefits vary by client and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
