Role:
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Document Review Specialist to join our Client Services team. This role will be responsible for electronically managing documents and records of the company. As a Document Review employee your responsibilities will include: Review PDF documents received from clients. Determine if all appropriate documents are on file to move forward in the collections process Responsible for requesting missing data from clients when applicable Complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management. Performs other related duties as assigned. Our most successful team members share the following background and skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of compliance regulations regarding document management. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
