Job Description

Engineering Documentation Processor For over 90 years, LECO has been a leader in the development and production of world class laboratory instruments delivering state of the art products nationwide and across the globe. 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday -
Friday Position Summary:
The Engineering Documentation Processor works closely with Engineers and Development Specialists to document new products in such a way that Production can properly build. They are also responsible for processing EARs received from all areas of the company. They must be able to work well with others as well as possess good time management and organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Log and reserve ECN numbers Assign LECO part numbers to new products and record information in drawing record form Create mark-ups for new and/or revised drawings and process sheets Verify, update, or create bills of materials as required per the ECN process or new product release Document changes in accordance with EAR and ECN processes Coordinate and verify new or revised drawings and process sheets with PCAD or SolidWorks drafters Cross check created and updated drawings Initial documents for approval
Position Requirements:
A minimum of two year experience with LECO Corporation or a minimum of four year experience in an electrical and/or mechanical engineering environment Print reading Basic computer skills
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent EOE M/F/VET/Disability
