Job Description

Document Control Specialist (Temporary)
Concord Pay Rate:
$35/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00
PM Duration:
3-month assignment Minimum 4 years of quality experience preferably in automotive We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support document management and internal audit processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and compliant documentation while supporting quality and operational teams. Maintain and administer document management systems to ensure proper version control and document integrity. Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming documents, drawings, and correspondence. Ensure all documents meet organizational formatting, quality, and compliance standards. Assign document numbers and apply metadata, file naming conventions, and standardized templates. Organize and maintain document archives and ensure recoverability through backups. Support project teams by providing timely access to correct document versions. Monitor workflows, approvals, and review cycles to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate revision processes, including redlines, approvals, and final sign-off. Manage confidentiality by controlling document access and permissions. Create, manage and maintain EASE Audit application and train personnel. Monitor outcomes of EASE audit and corrective actions for improvements. Run reports and present to leadership as and when required. Participate in audits and contribute to process improvements related to document control. Train staff on document management procedures and tools as needed Required Education 4 year degree (business or program/project degree preferred) #INDCORE
