8am to 12pm) Job Responsibilities Act as the main liaison to ensure smooth communication and document flow between the client and the internal project team Oversee the management of all drawings, including updating, storing, and distributing to the relevant parties Manage and submit Project Control Management (PCM) documents and ensure all required paperwork is filed and tracked Process and track payment requests to ensure timely payments for the project Manage and maintain SharePoint or other document management systems, ensuring all project documents are properly stored and accessible Maintain proper access permissions for team members to ensure security and smooth operation of internal servers Manage the versioning, approval, and distribution of all technical drawings Track and respond to RFIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client or vendor questions Coordinate and ensure all documentation for NEOT processes is properly handled Manage the internal circulation of documents for review and approval within the team Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma level or equivalent Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in related industry Experience with Autodesk ACC will be an added advantage Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates
