Job Details:
The Document Management Lead supports HIM Operations Manager in promoting, establishing and maintaining standardized document control and capture solutions throughout the enterprise. Leads Quality Control Indexing team to ensure all clinical documentation is accessible in the patient's electronic health record within specified timeframes while maintaining data integrity. Serves as the point of contact for decentralized document submission and is responsible for providing training and education. Has primary responsibility for the enterprise document management development and support activities.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
Required Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
3+ years previous experience in admin/office within healthcare related field
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and communication skills. Computer knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiar with medical terminology and medical records to identify medical record form content. Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree 4-5+ years previous experience in HIM. RHIT or RHIA credentials Experience with Epic or similar EMR and document management electronic health record systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
