Aerospace Documentation Specialist

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | On-Site

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepareplete AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages and verify documentation accuracy before customer release. Interpret engineering drawings, create ballooned s, and confirm all drawing dimensions and notes are properly documented. Audit manufacturing records, material certifications, and supplier documentation to ensureplete traceability andpliance. Prepare Certificates of Conformance, upload quality documentation to customer portals, and support internal and external quality audits. Maintainanized quality records while ensuringpliance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 1 year of quality documentation, inspection, or document control experience in an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing environment. Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience using quality inspection or ballooning software such as Discus, InspectionXpert, or similar. Working knowledge of AS9102, ITAR, and DFARSpliance requirements. Experience preparing quality documentation, certifications, or First Article Inspection s preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust. Regular sitting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday are required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
