Job Description:
Theanization maintains a significant volume of critical business information stored on a d network drive, including Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, production records, safety materials, policies and procedures, sales resources, scheduling tools, and finance-related files. The objective of this summer project is to transition this information into Microsoft Teams and Point in a thoughtful, structured, and sustainable way, consistent with manufacturing, quality, and document-control best practices. The Associate will report directly to the Foundry Director and will work closely with functional department managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assess & Inventory existing content: Review files and folder structure across the d drive. Categorize content by function (Quality, Safety, Production, Sales, Finance, etc.) Identify obsolete, duplicate, or unclear documents for management review. Design a
Logical Teams/Point Structure:
define standardized folder structures aligned to theanization's operating model. Ensure alignment with QMS, safety, and document control expectations.
Execute Document Migration:
Migrate approved documents into appropriate Microsoft Teams and Point locations. Validate accessibility and permissions with department owners.
Support Governance & Sustainability:
Assist in drafting simple, practical guidance for document storage and usage. clarify functional ownership for key document areas. Deliverables (End-of-Project Oues): A wellanized Teams/Point environment aligned to foundry operations. Migrated files from the Network drive placed in clearly defined, functional locations. A document folder structure and file naming standard. A concise user guidance document explaining w documents live and how Teams should be used at theanization. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelors preferred Prefer candidate currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Quality or related technical discipline Enjoys creating structure and order fromplex information Has an interest in manufacturing operations, quality systems, or industrial environments Exposure to ISO, QMS, or document control concepts preferred Prior experience with Teams or Point siteanization preferred Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial workplaces preferred
