Description Our client near Neville Island, PA is looking for a Document Scanning & Administrative Support Specialist (Temporary Project) for 1-2 days.

June 10, 2026 Position Overview A leading transportation organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to assist with a short-term document scanning and administrative support project. This position will support terminal operations by organizing, preparing, and scanning driver paperwork into the company's imaging system while helping standardize document management processes across locations. Prior to the assignment, candidates will participate in a paid virtual onboarding session via Microsoft Teams to review procedures, receive training materials, and ask questions regarding the project. Key Responsibilities Organize and sort transportation and driver-related paperwork. Prepare documents for electronic imaging and scanning. Scan and upload documents accurately into the company's imaging system. Follow established procedures and project checklists to ensure consistency. Communicate professionally with terminal staff and provide assistance with document organization. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company records. Complete all assigned scanning tasks within project deadlines. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using scanners and electronic filing systems. Ability to follow written instructions and standardized procedures. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Prior administrative, clerical, data entry, or document management experience preferred but not required. Additional Information Paid onboarding/training session conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Business casual dress code. Mileage reimbursement available for travel to and from the assigned work location. Most assignments are expected to be completed in one day, with a possible second day if additional scanning support is needed. Requirements
  • Experience handling document control tasks in an administrative, records, or project support environment.
  • Ability to scan, organize, and compile large volumes of documents with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and digital file management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of identifying missing, incorrect, or duplicate documentation and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines in a structured Contract assignment.
