An established financial services organization is seeking a Documentation Specialist in Winchester, Virginia. This hybrid role focuses on documenting, improving, and maintaining processes related to vendor management, third-party risk management, and operational governance. About the

Financial Services Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and improve workflows and business processes Create SOPs, process maps, work instructions, knowledge articles, and procedural guides Partner with HR, Risk, Finance, and Vendor Management stakeholders to standardize documentation Manage and publish documentation through SharePoint and related platforms Develop training, communication, and rollout materials to support process adoption
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, or process improvement Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract management, and third-party risk management Experience creating SOPs, process maps, and end-user documentation Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting HR Finance, HR Operations, or Vendor Management functions Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements impacting vendor management programs Experience working within large enterprise or highly regulated environments Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and related productivity tools Experience supporting operational risk or governance initiatives
