Your impact JACOBS has an immediate opportunity for a Project Administrator/Document Controls Specialist to support our data center project (on-sight) in S partanburg, SC . We are seeking a Project Administrator / Document Control Specialist - to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects through effective document management, coordination, and communication Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with established document control procedures and client requirements Establish and support EDMS structures, workflows, and implementation for project execution Coordinate document flow between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate distribution Track and manage submittals, deliverables, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Support project turnover and closeout activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of final documentation packages Schedule and coordinate project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items Identify risks or potential issues and escalate appropriately to project leadership Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and client stakeholders as required Here's what you'll need High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Administration and/or Document Control Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of document control principles, including: EDMS structure setup and implementation Delivery execution and reporting Submittal management Turnover and closeout processes Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience supporting projects in industries such as: data centers, power & utilities, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, or industrial sectors Hands-on experience with: ProjectWise SharePoint Autodesk Construction Cloud Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and clients Proven organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to proactively identify challenges and contribute to solutions

The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 to $56,100.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
