Works alongside the Quality Assurance team to ensure all controlled documents are created, monitored, distributed, and stored according to regulations and company policy. Assists with other miscellaneous projects within the Quality Assurance department.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accurately handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must be self-directed and professional and demonstrate dependable work habits and schedule.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently. Document Control
  • Assist with organization and proper filing and tracking of controlled documents.
  • Assist with the flow and distribution of documents to relevant personnel and/or departments.
  • Assist in the collection and replacement of documents during and after audits.
  • Assist in the monthly update of all master document lists and distribution.
  • Assist in the issuance of controlled documents.
  • Create Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and other required documents needed for product sold to international distributors. Supply Management
  • Assist in the annual review of Supplier files to ensure proper documentation is maintained and updated.
  • Assist with supplier audits and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling supplier files. :
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience within a GMP environment.
  • Understanding of Good Document Practices (GDP).
  • Excellent data and document organization skills.
  • Good understanding and comprehension of the English language, grammar, and spelling.
  • Must be familiar in the use of office automation software including MS Word and Excel.
