Job Description

Run reports listing new accounts opened, maintenance, and new account edits from the previous workday. Run reports for documents scanned previous day, print list and mark off from master list of accounts that have not yet been scanned. Review documents for accuracy and signatures. Ensure that all required documents are available for review, use the appropriate checklist to review each account and document any policy exceptions. Gather relative boarding data sheets and signature cards prepared by New Accounts Representatives. Cross check core systems to original documents and other supporting material to ensure accurate set up of account data. Prepare and distribute various spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and opinions for use by deposit operations, or senior management. Communicate and provide service to deposits and other departments by investigating and resolving documentation problems and inquiries. Maintain a thorough knowledge of business and personal deposit documentation and deposit policies, deposit regulations, and deposit system functionality. Train to be back-up to department co-workers, as assigned. High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in business management, finance, accounting, banking, or credit services Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Type 40 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers Able to move up to 50 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity Able to maintain consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
