Documentation Specialist

Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) is seeking a driven Documentation Analyst to join our growing private credit platform in Salt Lake City. As an analyst, you will help source deals, underwrite transactions, manage assets, and conduct industry research across a variety of financing structures and industries. CFP specializes in customized commercial financing solutions, including equipment leasing and bridge loans for businesses nationwide. You'll work closely with senior professionals, interact with borrower executives, and gain hands-on experience through every stage of the deal process. Analysts will be full time and receive competitive pay . Strong Skill set in Microsoft office, with an emphasis in excel High pressure resilience, savvy, quick learner, detailed oriented, dynamic personality Pursuing a business-related degree (finance, marketing etc.) with an excellent academic record Responsibilties Assist with equipment leasing documentation Manage UCC filings and lien searches Track closing checklists and requirements Audit financial and legal files
